For orders below 50,000 PKR you have to pay 100% payment in advance.
For orders above 50,000 PKR you have to pay 50% payment in advance and balance 50% before delivery.
Your order will be collected by client from our premises.
Delivery Charges are not included for both Pakistan and international delivery.
PKR 1000 delivery charges within Pakistan, International shipping charges will be shared at the time of delivery.
Deliveries may in any event be postponed or suspended without any notice to clients. During any period in which circumstances are controlled by Government due to any natural mishap/disaster or abnormal country conditions.
Delivery date may vary from 4-5 working days in extreme case.
Orders Cancellation details. (a) 25% payment will be deducted if order cancelled by buyer after 3-4 days giving order. (75% payment will be refund without any material)
(b) 50% payment will be deducted if order cancelled by buyer in 2nd Week after giving order. (50% payment will be refund without any material) (c) No payment/material refund if order cancellation after 2 weeks of placing order.
Cash on Delivery through courier is not acceptable.
Any claim related to damaged/size issue/not receiving of articles will be acceptable within 7 days of receiving article.
If the balance payment is not cleared within 10 days, the ready article will be sold without any refund.
General making time for formal articles is 3 to 4 working weeks and for bridals is 7 to 8 working weeks.
