Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.
No cancellations will be accepted after this 48-hour period.
In case of order cancellation, the refundable amount will be processed and credited to the client within 1–2 weeks
Any claim related to damaged/size issue/not receiving of articles will be acceptable within 7 days of receiving article.
Claims and exchanges will only be accepted if the article is unworn and unused.
A measurement variation of up to 1 inch is considered within our standard tailoring tolerance and is not eligible for claim or exchange but i can be altered.
