• All prices are in PKR.
• For orders below PKR 50,000, 100% advance payment is required.
• For orders above PKR 50,000, 50% advance payment is required and the remaining 50% must be paid before delivery.
• Delivery charges are not included for both Pakistan and international deliveries.
• Delivery charges within Pakistan vary depending on city, International shipping charges will be shared at the time of delivery.
• Deliveries may be postponed or suspended without prior notice in circumstances beyond our control, including government restrictions, natural mishaps, disasters, or abnormal country conditions.
• Delivery dates may vary up to 4-5 working days in extreme cases.
• Order Cancellation Policy:
  • orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing order. No cancellations will be acceptable after 48 hours.
  • In case of cancellation refundable amount will be processed and credited to client within 1 to 2 weeks.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) through courier services is not acceptable.
  • Any claim related to damaged articles, size issues, or non-receipt of articles must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the article.
  • Claims and exchanges will only be accepted if the article is unworn and unused.
  • A measurement variation of up to 1 inch is considered within our standard tailoring tolerance and is not eligible for claim or exchange but it can be altered.
  • If the balance payment is not cleared within 10 days, the ready article will be sold without any refund.
  • General making time for formal articles is 3 to 4 working weeks, while bridal articles require 7 to 8 working weeks.
